I love to learn. In 2012 I began one-on-one lessons with an instructor that was a Mobile UX Designer at Adobe to learn design tools. Over the course of a year I built a foundation of solid skillsets in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign. Since then, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of different passion-projects and companies.
One of my first projects was a Wells Fargo App Redesign that helped WF shape the design of their current iOS application. A more recent project, involved publishing my own iOS application that has been downloaded in over 30 countries!
One way that I further my learning is to frequent local hackathons. It allows me to meet new people and team-up together to try and come up with solutions in a short amount of time to problems in technology today. This combined with a passion for product design focused on innovation and excellence has allowed me to be a part of many different award-winning solutions that include VR, AR, and Chat Bots applications.
I also currently run a design consultancy that offers marketing design services to small businesses in the Central Valley. I have managed digital, print, and social media campaigns, designed websites (including e-commerce), and even trained business owners on how to use web content-management-systems.
